ContactQ is based on a GPL Call Center Application Server that is developed as both a supported commercial product and also as an open source GPL project. All components in the Community project are based on open standards including SIP, Voice XML(VXML), HTML5, XMLRPC and are designed for inter-working with SIP PBXs including Asterisk, Samsung, Avaya, Shoretel, Cisco and many others. It can be deployed both as a premised based solution and as a hosted solution. ContactQ is intended to be a scaleable and extensible contact center application server framework including the following features:
